The images have been created for the World Cup 2022, I love fútbol, as it is written and enunciated in Latinamerica. Watching all these games made me think about doing something else, and time goes by fast, ha. So this is an image painted in two ways: horizontal and vertical, one swimming against the stream, one watching World Class games. Both connected to the abstract art of momentum. Now, let's watch this goal!
WATCHING FOOTBALL, ART-VERTISING STYLE

Nothing is as big as the Superbowl, that’s why I thought about creating a statement to it. A Game crafted for warriors, gladiators, titans, colossal humans who strengthen up the field. The earth surrenders to their imposing steps and suffers from terrible shakes with their tackles. The energy from their crashes travels to the people and fills it with terror, pupils are magnified, tremors take over the bodies at the Stadium.
Cramped-crowded fanatics become sand grains next to these superhumans; ants, or worms who could be easily squashed, powdered.
Many more spectators gathered at home get waisted with the imposing of the spectacle. The game stacks them together on the couch and transforms the tv into the most current piece of art.
At the end marketing kicks the football, brands show off sport-hypnotizing outfits and control time as halftime wizards, who could stop the time for 15 minutes, but in this world of giants, that’s not enough.

TIMES SQUARE MEDITATIONS

A couple of days ago I was at the Times Square, and a thought came to my mind, now I want to make a statement, because as a copywriter who wants to keep pushing his passion for creativity, I have to find new ways to express things.
I called the Times Square a place of enlightenment, a wonderland where you can appreciate the biggest brands showing their true essence and therefore, understand different approaches to advertising. Not every ad can go to the Times Square, creativity has to be quite selective, sometimes there’s not a big pursue in imagination, but the gigantic messages placed could be seen as amazing, however, I consider not every announcement has to be super well-designed o has to have a super idea, with the magnitude of the billboards, brands just need to be there, that will be enough to astounded people, because at the end, we’re not making this for us, we’re making it for people, and they are getting their advertising eyegasm.
Being there teaches you something, teaches you big, but that’s upon you, you can live here and perceive the Times Square as a nice view or a couple of chaotic blocks, or you can be from a small country and let your creativity and understanding of advertising be enlightened by it.

I was in front of a person, a strategist, a person who gives paths, ways, and footprints to walk into, to get to someplace. And I loved her course, I believed in her direction and that person wasn’t steering the ship, but she knew where the treasure was, yes I believed in her, so I started to create based on her arguments, I started to imagine a flower growing from another flower, I began to write copywriting poetry over her shiny leaves, and we built something together, interesting and weird, my eyes have never seen it before. It was so cool that made everybody ask themselves, “what is so good about this? I really don’t understand what is behind it, but I am attracted to it”.
A flower growing from a flower is no other thing than the connection between two ideas, two minds, two worlds developing something more beautiful than one flower, a connection between two people, as simple as that, a gear between two souls in an agency.

Music to your soul is what you get when art is written, and soul to your music the painting of the words, art and copy, a combination people always wait for, a connection producing the greatest, it is like a bird in the nest, it is like a cloud on the sky, so perfect for each other, it is like the first meeting of souls mates, love at first sight, let the art and the copy wonder, let them go deeper than whales, go higher than stars, give them time to envision, to grow galaxies and universes, to build the unknown together, to build music for the eyes. They like working together like ants, bees, their creation is from the stomach, lungs and heart, and it is to imagine reality from another dimension, agencies and brands are waiting to see their results, and they are always moving to get better results, to make the difference. Let them imagine their own sound, hear their uniqueness.

Look at the picture and imagine an emoji inside of the circle, the first one that comes to your head… this is not an experiment, it's just an artistic mode to make you think about the numerous emojis we have and how every subtle change in one of them, can express the right feeling. Just by picking a chinkier eye emoji could be considered as, “I’m enjoying this (but more)”, or think about the combinations you can make to express all the things you’re feeling, and even further, think about the stories you can create.
Now, if it would be an emoji for every emotion, how many emotions can exist inside us? I feel like dancing, like this is a piece of cake, like jumping, like loving you or you’re breaking my heart. No matter the feelings, I just want you to think about how the smallest things can become important thanks to language. So next time you have to tell something, don’t think emojis are overrated or excessive, on the contrary, find in them the perfect way to express exactly what you want. Go look at your emojis, take some time to say the right thing, and send the message.

This is an introduction to the work that we have to do as Hispanic copywriters in the US, of what we want to do, for real, the creativity living in us is dying if we don't get to climb to the purpose of advertising, to show creativity and imagination. This could be just words filled with strength, or a better way to show you how you can build the perfect strategies to escape from adapting. And this could be just a reminder, of a self-conscious-call you have, to create different.
